General Terms and Conditions

Pflegenetzwerk24 - GTC for Care Providers, Healthcare Professionals, and Patients

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all contracts, uses, and legal relationships between Pflegenetzwerk24 ("Platform"), operated by GenesisIN-RI d.o.o. za usluge (Sesvete, Croatia), and registered care providers, healthcare professionals, and patients within the scope of using Pflegenetzwerk24.

2. Subject Matter

The platform offers healthcare professionals the ability to register for free, create profiles, and upload documents. Care providers, upon paying a subscription fee, gain access to the healthcare professionals database and may publish their own service profile. Patients can search for care providers by language, specialization, or postal code.

3. Registration & Conclusion of Contract

Registration for healthcare professionals is free of charge. For care providers, a paid contract is concluded upon completing the subscription process. Use of the platform requires acceptance of these GTC.

4. Services & Obligations

Healthcare professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their information. Care providers may only use the data within the platform and are not permitted to pass it on to third parties.

5. Prices & Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and charged directly in EUR. The subscription fee is charged monthly and collected automatically via Stripe. In the event of default, access may be suspended.

Current Subscription Plans:

  • 2-Year Plan: €79.90/month – Patronage platform subscription for nursing services
  • Yearly Plan: €89.90/month – Patronage platform subscription for nursing services
  • Monthly Plan: €99.90/month – Patronage platform subscription for nursing services
  • Freelancer Plan: €49.90/month – For freelance nurses to present their profile

Payment Information

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and charged directly in EUR.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major payment methods supported by Stripe. If your card was issued in a different currency, your bank may apply a conversion at their own exchange rate.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

The platform does not guarantee the reliability, qualifications, or availability of healthcare professionals or care providers. Liability exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Data Protection & Processing

The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy. Users may delete their data at any time. Data is hosted in EU data centers.

8. Term & Termination

Subscriptions automatically renew for one month unless terminated 14 days prior to the end of the term. In case of violations of the GTC, the platform may block access.

9. Service Delivery Policy

9.1 Nature of Service

Pflegenetzwerk24 is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All services are delivered digitally through our web platform. No physical products are shipped.

9.2 Service Activation

Patronage Services & Freelancers: Upon successful payment processing via Stripe, your subscription is activated immediately (within 5 minutes). You will receive a confirmation email with login credentials and access instructions.

Healthcare Workers: Registration is free. Profile activation occurs immediately upon email verification.

9.3 Access Duration

  • 2-Year Plan (€79.90/month): 24-month continuous access
  • Yearly Plan (€89.90/month): 12-month continuous access
  • Monthly Plan (€99.90/month): 30-day rolling access
  • Freelancer Plan (€49.90/month): 30-day rolling access

9.4 Service Availability

The platform is available 24/7 with a target uptime of 99.5%. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced via email at least 48 hours in advance.

9.5 Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful subscription activation, users receive:

  • Email confirmation with invoice/receipt
  • Dashboard access with subscription status
  • Full platform functionality according to their plan

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

10.1 Digital Service Nature

As a digital SaaS platform, Pflegenetzwerk24 provides immediate access to services upon payment. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, standard physical product return policies do not apply.

10.2 Cancellation Rights

Before First Use: If you have not logged into your account or used any platform features within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting info@pflegenetzwerk24.de.

After First Use: Once you have accessed the platform and used its features, the service is considered delivered. Refunds are not available for used subscription periods.

10.3 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@pflegenetzwerk24.de
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle
  • You retain full access until the end of your paid period

10.4 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing platform access for more than 7 consecutive days
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service features significantly different from those advertised

10.5 Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe to the original payment method
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

11. Payment Security (PCI-DSS Compliance)

11.1 Card Transaction Security

Pflegenetzwerk24 does not store, process, or transmit credit card data on our servers. All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

  • Card numbers are never stored on our systems
  • All payment pages use SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS)
  • We only receive transaction confirmations and subscription status
  • Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure payment form

11.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods via Stripe:

Additional payment methods (such as SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, or Bancontact) may be available depending on your location and will be shown during checkout.

11.3 Cardholder Data Retention Policy

  • Card numbers: Never stored on Pflegenetzwerk24 servers — managed entirely by Stripe
  • Transaction records: Invoice data retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
  • Billing contact info: Retained while subscription is active + 30 days after cancellation
  • Payment history: Retained for 7 years for tax/accounting purposes

12. Geographic Availability & Service Regions

12.1 Digital Service Nature

Pflegenetzwerk24 is a digital SaaS platform. No physical products are shipped or exported. No export duties, customs fees, or shipping costs apply to our digital services.

12.2 Service Availability by User Type

  • Healthcare Workers: Worldwide registration available
  • Patronage Services: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other supported regions
  • Freelancers: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other supported regions
  • Patients: Worldwide search and browsing available

12.3 Regional Compliance

Patronage services may only register and operate within their licensed geographic regions in accordance with local healthcare regulations.

14. Final Provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the GTC remains valid. Applicable law is that of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the platform operator.
