10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
10.1 Digital Service Nature
As a digital SaaS platform, Pflegenetzwerk24 provides immediate access to services upon payment. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, standard physical product return policies do not apply.
10.2 Cancellation Rights
Before First Use: If you have not logged into your account or used any platform features within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting info@pflegenetzwerk24.de.
After First Use: Once you have accessed the platform and used its features, the service is considered delivered. Refunds are not available for used subscription periods.
10.3 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@pflegenetzwerk24.de
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle
- You retain full access until the end of your paid period
10.4 Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Technical issues preventing platform access for more than 7 consecutive days
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service features significantly different from those advertised
10.5 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe to the original payment method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
